Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arystun ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Arystun is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling CS2 and Dota 2 virtual items. The Platform facilitates trades between users through automated bots and escrow systems.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must have a valid Steam account with a public inventory.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be banned.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Trading Rules

  • All trades are final once completed through the Steam trade offer system.
  • The Platform charges a 5% fee on each sale, deducted from the seller's payout.
  • Buyers must have sufficient available balance (balance minus reserved funds) to complete a purchase.
  • Sellers must have the listed item in their Steam inventory at the time of sale.
  • P2P trades have a 24-hour deadline for sellers to send the trade offer.

5. Wallet and Funds

  • Deposits are processed manually via Kaspi Pay. Monthly deposit limit applies.
  • The Platform reserves the right to delay or reject deposits for verification.
  • Funds in your wallet are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours to verified Kaspi accounts.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Using bots or automated tools to manipulate prices or listings.
  • Listing items you do not own or cannot deliver.
  • Attempting to circumvent the escrow or escrow system.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using another user's account.
  • Engaging in fraud, chargebacks, or financial manipulation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arystun acts as an intermediary for trades. We are not responsible for Steam trade bans, market price fluctuations, or losses resulting from user error. Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected for the specific transaction in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Banned accounts will have their remaining balance frozen pending investigation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
